Health & Safety

We are committed to providing the best experience for all our dance families! Below are the following guidelines that are set in place and all participants and family members will be expected to follow:

  • All practices are closed practices, meaning parents/guardians are not allowed to stay in the lobby to watch class.

  • We ask that only ONE family member attend class with their dancer to limit the number of people in the building. Additional siblings/family members should stay home if possible.

  • For dancers under the age of 6, ONE parent/guardian is required to stay for the duration of the class and should remain in the vicinity in the event that the instructor needs to reach you during class.

  • There is a small “Parent Room” that parents/guardians may wait in during class or they may wait in their vehicles.

  • Parents will be responsible for helping change/tie their dancer’s shoes, if the dancer is unable to do it themselves.

  • All dancers must be escorted to and from the building. No dancer should be walking out into the parking lot unaccompanied by an adult.

Class Timing:

  • 5 minute transition time has been added in between each class.

  • Dancers should arrive NO MORE than 5 minutes early for class and only enter the studio during class transition time period.

  • Families are asked to stay in their cars until the prior class has been dismissed.

  • Dancer’s should remain with their parent/guardian until given approval to come into the studio.

Health & Safety:

  • Dancers are asked to sanitize hands before class. High touch areas and class props that are used during class will also be sanitized in between classes.

  • If your child(ren) is experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms please keep them home for the safety and well-being of the other dancers. Refunds will not be provided due to illness.

  • Instructors have the right to ask a parent to remove a child from class if they are not able to follow standards.
